I bought two packs of two and only one of the four fans actually works as described. The other three are basically useless, noisy like crazy and vibrates across the table like one of those cat toys when you've just put a new batteries. They should not be so flimsy and bounce around so much. The fan and the plug itself gets warm to the touch. There is something seriously wrong with these fan motors. They are louder than my floor standing fan. I've gotten fans like these before and they worked just fine but I lost them in the move, the ones that I've bought here seem to have something seriously wrong with them like some kind of manufacturer defect. Because I've gotten them in the past I figured there was no need to save the boxes but I had no idea it would be this bad. This is not okay. They are usb and not portable, but they get the job down and keep things cool.Update (Dec 27, 2020): Both fans have died and will no longer work or turn on. First fan, the black one, stopped working in September 2020. It would not work no matter what I tried to get it back on. The blue one just went on today, Dec 27 2020. I will not recommend these to anyone nor but from this company again, despite any good reviews.
