I must have have missed / misread the description re: charging this item, like any other electric bathroom product I own e.g. toothbrush, electric foot file etc, they are all charged from the bathroom socket.The item is described as portable for travelling - the need for a USB socket is not as convenient as a bathroom socket for travelling, and in terms of product size, this is the least likely item I'd suggest for travel. It is longer in length than an electric toothbrush and is many times it's width, extremely bulky, not something to easily pack for a weekend away. Having used tape flosses for so long I was keen to see how good this was in reaching awkward areas.The product arrives with a number of heads to attach to the base of the machine - these are packaged together separately and they are clearly colour coded around their bases.The colour coding would be great if it actually referred to anything within the limited description inside the very brief instruction manual, thus the different colours seem to be rather redundant. Several of the attachments can be deciphered from some very small pictures enclosed in the instruction booklet which is significantly smaller than the palm of my hand.Having followed the instructions to the best of my ability I turned the machine on, starting off with a low speed and gradually increasing it.At low speed the warm water just dribbles down the side of the appliance, however increasing the speed hasn't proved any more successful.The unit is bulky to hold despite having a "hand grip", making it awkward to position it around the teeth as instructed.I have persevered for @10 days now but can honestly say that there has been no improvement in usage. I'm no wiser what half the coloured attachments are used for, and apart from developing cramp in my hand trying to use this bulky item I've succeeded only in soaking myself with warm water from the main unit with no actual success in flossing my teeth.I'm afraid it's something that I'll have to put down to experience and look to recycle it if possible, whilst I return to the good old fashioned mint flossing tapes.

Wow wow wow, I have suffered with bad breath for an age and have always tried everything to stop it electric toothbrush floss toothpicks micro brushes ect ect , I watched a video on YouTube and seen that you can have pockets between your teeth that hold smaal partials of food get in that's why when I floss it always stinks but couldn't get it all out, anyway used this as soon as it arrived and omg the stuff that came out yuck but wow yes my gums did bleed but my mouth feels and smeels great so so wish I had invested in this years ago, I will never go back to flossing this and an electric toothbrush is all you need.Give it a go you won't be disappointed.Just hope it lasts. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is my first water flosser. I was so excited to try it. This water flosser is easy to use and hold. It is very powerful and it worked really well. Helps to deep clean my sensitive teeth and gums. After the use, I can feel the different. Battery life is great. I'm very happy this product.

Massages and warms up my scalp. Can also massage over ears and jaw with no problem. LOVE the vibration button.
