I received these and now I realized that the daily dosage for Folate is 600 mcg and these have 3000. Took a first pill today and feeling tension in the body. I do have folate and vit B absorption issues but I’m thinking this dosage might be too strong.Will update the review, maybe will try to divide 1 capsule into two dosages.

I have MTHFR Mutation I have taken B Plex Pro for years and I will continue to take it I have tried others and they did not work as well as B Plex Pro.

I love the way I feel after taking it. I have tried other brands but they didn't seem to work as well and I still needed injections. I have not needed my Vitamin B injections with these, which has made life easier.I do wish they included dosage recommendations. I did have to experiment which makes me nervous a bit, so it would be nice. Also not sure how well they will travel after they are opened since they need to be refrigerated.

I was taking so many b vitamins and was still very tired. Naps on the side of the road on the way home from work tired. I went to my doctor and she said I was taking way to much and recommended this vitamin. What a difference.

This product helped my body boost energy and brain function. Have ordered several times.
