I replaced my last one with this one. I have alot of dremel accessories and bits, they're all interchangeable with this one. I like that my already owned parts work with it, its speed and power seem comparable to the mid range dremels. So far I've only used this one for a sanding and shaping but it has handled those tasks well. I think its a good bargain since its cheaper than the dremel and it has the pen style attachment for it. The cheaper dremels don't come with that. It generates comparable noise to the dremel as well and is even shaped very similar to one. The carrying case is a little flimsy and I dont find that its all that easy to fit everything in exactly how it came, especially the cord unless your rolling it up and twist tying it, doesnt fit super well.pros:1. you can use your dremel bits, sanders, etc2. its cheaper than buying name brand3. seems to have comparable power and speed4. I've got an hour or two of sanding done with it and haven't noticed any issues worth noting on the function of the tool itself.cons:1. I'm not in love with the case. it will do its job but its deff on the cheaper end, better to move your rotary tool into a toolbox with all the various accessories than use this case.2. I have found that the bits it comes with are a little on the cheaper side, the sander heads dont hold the sanding paper all that securely but given this is a starter kit and the vast majority of people buying it probably have or will have bought kits for it, its a small take away. I didnt deduct a star because I think we're all mainly after the quality of the tool itself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I made a doll house furnitures using this *by V***I on Reviewed in the United States on August 20, 2019* Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I made a doll house furniture using this. It is really powerful tool. I used real wood for making doll house furniture but still even though the round cutting blades were out of paper those cut the wood into pieces. Probably because of the power and speed of rotation. I wish they had at least one round cutting blade for long term use. Because paper blades reduce in size after you cut a big chunk of wood. Polishing works good as well. I was not able to use the external wire thing yet. I need to watch YouTube video on how to use that. ### ⭐⭐ Flexible driver did not work as it was not properly built & hand unit ran very hot *by T***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2020* The flexible driver was never properly connected. There is a metal rod that runs through the driver and it was never attached to the end unit so it cannot spin. The other issue with this item was that it ran very hot. After 3 minutes of use the unit became almost too hot to hold. Based upon those two issues I believe that this item was not properly built - this can happen in an assembly line production and it may have only been this unit that has these types of issues.Not for the new user - If you are new to using a rotary the instructions will be difficult to understand and there is nothing telling you what the bits are and their uses.I purchased this to use for stained glass & etching.
