It is also my first time using a Drops pattern for a lacy baby sweater. Until I got used to the pattern, I kept losing count and had to keep frogging my knitting. I restarted that sweater 5 times! I mention this, because most yarns would either not hold up to that amount of frogging, or they would look quite frayed or split. Not so with this yarn. It is knitting up with the softest hand and graceful drape. It is soft on my hands and I love how it looks. I am also convinced that it is soft enough for baby, and will last through several hand-me-downs.Delivery was extended, due to the shipping origination in Germany. I could not find any in stock through any US stores.
