LA HACIENDA CARBON FIBRE HANGING HEATER

*by S***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 March 2019*

THE TOP RATING IS FOR SERVICE, DELIVERY AND EXCELLECT CONSTRUCTION OF THIS UNIT.I HAVE NOT USED THE UNIT YET UNTIL I HAVE FINISHED MY INVESTIGATION. I UNDERSTOOD THE UNIT COULD BE USED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AS OTHERS CAN DO BUT THIS UNIT WARNS NOT TO USE IT INDOORS.I HAVE TELEPHONED THE MANUFACTURER AND THEIR ADVICE IS " IF INSTRUCTIONS SAY DO NOT USE IT INDOORS THEN TAKE THE ADVICE. DO NOT USE IT INDOORS." NO EXPLANATION OFFERED.AT BEST IT COULD BE WARMING OUTSIDE WHEN IN MY SMALL GARDEN?HAS ANY READER USED THIS TYPE OF UNIT INDOORS?REGARDS, John Sergeant.

Used but as new is, in this case, not true.

*by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 August 2020*

Product described by Amazon as used but as new. The protective glass tubing on the 900 watt element was broken in two places, I would hardly describe it as “used but as new”. It does work but I have contacted the manufacturer as there is obviously a safety issue.I will never again trust Amazon with anything described as “used but as new “, very disappointed.

    Good heat output.

Very impressed. Good output of heat. Cable could do with being much longer , we needed to use an extension lead even though it is used on our decking area that has an outside socket.
