All Pancreatin products are made from pigs. Here it is not mentioned and I believe they are too made from pig. I have stopped all pancreatin meds. Please try to take 6 to 7 times very small qty of meals instead of 2 to 3 heavy meals. limit meat and take more vegs and fruits. Hope it helps.
