I thought I had paid a lot for the information that was included on the DVD but I decided to give it a try..not the 30 min. twice a week that is similar to the "treatment" they do at their spa but about 5 minutes in the shower daily and I have been very, very surprised to find that the technique has made a difference, particularly in my abdomen.
