I really like this menstrual cup
I really like this menstrual cup, for its ease of use and also price. I have used this and also the Diva Cup. The Continuon cup is smoother than the Diva. I like the longer stem on the Continuon cup also. If you are a first time user of a menstrual cup, I would suggest trying this cup to become familiar with insertion, wearing etc. This cup has the lowest price I was able to find, so it is a great value, especially if you're not sure if you will like using a menstrual cup. And if you haven't heard, any menstrual cup that slips down/ doesn't stay in place could be due to weak pelvic muscles, not the cup itself. This cup doesn't stay in place for me, but if I empty frequently as the instructions say, I have no leaking so I'm comfortable with that. Also, I'd say pay attention to your cycle when using this vs. tampons or pads. Some have a reduction in the length of their cycle because this doesn't have the chemicals that disposable pads and tampons do. I've read the chemicals in disposable pads and tampons can cause a cycle to last longer. A menstrual cup can decrease the length of your cycle.

Satisfied first time wearer. The product pictured is the product received
It takes a bit to get used to after using tampons for 18 years. This is my first experience with a product like this. It came in very little packaging, which is a plus. It is sturdy, but could possibly stand to be a bit smoother around the top outer edge. Maybe if it were softer it wouldn't have as sturdy of a seal? Once I got the hang of really shoving a wad up there, and checking for proper suction/seal- it was totally freeing! no dragging cute little bags to the bathroom, or waste in the trash. For the first few minutes of wearing it I was hesitant to sit down, because I could feel it, but after I got used to the feeling of the pressure ...up in there- I stopped noticing after a while. I did put a barrier between undies and flow to check for leakage, but it didn't take long to get a feel for the seal. I really like the idea of ditching the tampon, this seems much more sanitary- so I'll probably be using this method in the future. And, it is actually fascinating to see what I have 'collected'.

I Tried, But Not For Me
I'm absolutely positive this cup gave me like 5 BV infections back-to-back. It's not the brand of the cup, but using a cup in general keeping that basic blood inside you probably isn't the best idea. I switched back to using tampons and pads and couldn't be more satisfied.

this cup has converted me for life!
this is my first menstrual cup so I can't compare it to any other brands. I chose this cup solely on the price, it was the cheapest one on Amazon. I was a little worried about getting the hang of it but after 1 cycle, I will never go back to traditional disposable products! I did a lot of research on cups for tips and tricks and from what I can tell this cup would be considered firm. It's very springy and to me (and I would think most new users of cups) this made placement and popping it open much easier. It was basically foolproof as even if I didn't get it quite right, after about a minute I could feel it popping into place and sealing. I would ignore the instructions that come with it and do some googling because placement is much higher than what they say. Also there are many different folds that aren't listed (origami fold is my favorite) that will make insertion much easier and more comfortable. I didn't have any leaks or messy fingers. I dropped one star for 2 reasons...the bag it comes with is very cheap and left little strands stuck to my cup (i threw it away) and because of the stem. It lasted just long enough to get used to removing the cup then it ripped off before I could decide if I wanted to trim it off or not. Thankfully, I like it much better without the stem.
