**Q: Can this be taken apart to replace broken pieces on my current assembly? I had my current arm break at the pitch point.**
A: Good day, thank you for your question. Yes, the pieces within the arm are indeed able to be replaced. The pitch arm can be replaced and there is a part number for the kit. I recommend contacting our awning specialist at 574-537-8900 or customerservice@lci1.com with either the hardware part number off the awning (located on the drive arm, towards the bottom, under the wire cover) or the length of the wall mount portion of the arm and they can provide you with the correct PN needed per the size of the arm. Thanks!

A: Yes that’s what I got was one arm or one side

**Q: Is this for standard 8 foot awnings?**
A: It is not standard. It is made for a Puma solar electric eight fr awning

Well brand new travel trailer and I caught the old arm on the door to the trailer and it twisted and mangled it this one works fine although it’s slightly longer and it pitches more to that side but that’s okay for drainage and it was considerably less money doing it myself probably saved about $2500 over the dealer. There is a video on you tube for install super easy
