The Spud Inc. belt squat belt is designed for maximal comfort on your hips while allowing you to use heavy weight to train your legs. Our Belt Squat Belt is great for athletes to use in season to train legs without taxing the entire body. The Belt squat belt is also a great way for athletes with back pain to squat without the axial loading that a bar places on the spine (causing back pain to worsen). Using the Spud Inc. belt squat belt is a great way to take a break from the typical squat routine and still hit your legs hard.

- The belt measures 43 inches long (from ring to ring) and the wide part is 20 inches x 5.5 inches thick.
- Using a length of chain and spring clips (not included) load the belt with weight plates, kettle bells, etc.
- If you have two benches of equal height you can use those. Just fasten a couple of 45 pound plates to the belt, step up on the benches and start squatting.
