They could stand to make this belt a little more "petite" I guess. It's like having a big Ford F150 with a 4 cylinder engine. Just doesn't make sense to have all that material & dinky ice area. I understand it should be concentrated not he effected area but your hips make the belt ride up so it doesn't technically get the true "lower lumbar". It hits more in-between the lower & mid back.
