But not real happy with the quality of the white pen! Maybe you could find another white pen to write with. The labels are nice labels. **Q: When you turn the top to open does the pump "pop up" or does it stay at the same level and simply allow you to press down?** A: Stay at the same lavel . You need to turn left/right pump head according to the arrow on the pump head first. And then press down the pump. **Q: Are these BPA free?** A: YES **Q: Is the top pump part completely black or is there white when the nozzle is unlocked?** A: Completely black. The white pen ink washes off the label when it get white.
