This was prescribed by my dermatologist for my atopic dermatatis, the prescription is for 1 part clobetasol cream to 2 parts prax lotion. The drug stores that I have gone to, don't carry Prax lotion any longer so they can't prepare the compound mix, so I just mix it at home with the clobetasol cream. I do buy an extra Prax lotion to keep it in my purse because it is the only lotion that I can use that does not irritate my skin and it keeps a barrier to protect my hands from anything that might irritate them. Note to anybody who has detmatitis, that it is not good to apply the prax with clobetasol more than once a day, and just when needed. Otherwise the skin becomes immune to the clobetasol and it will stop being as effective. So the Prax by iteself, it is just as wonderful. I highly recommend it for anybody that might have sensitive skin.
