A: There is no explanation on the label that it is from unpasteurized milk. I would guess it is from pasteurized. The cheese is NOT cave aged.

**Q: Sodium content - can someone please tell me what the sodium content is for this cheese (per ounce).**
A: Sure. Sodium, depending on manufacturer, is relatively low: 125-130 mg per ounce (30 g). If you have a 4 ounce (120 g) serving it is 500-550 mg. Which if you live in the US is 1/4 of your Daily Allowance of Sodium.

**Q: Does it need tariff if ships to china?**
A: We do not ship outside of the continental USA.

**Q: Can this cheese be used on pizza ? and what other are recommended swiss or german cheese for pizza's?**
A: you could use it since it melts nicely, but i woild mix it. i used it for mac n cheese with other cheeses. worked great.
