A: Roasted sesames

**Q: is this different from tahini?**
A: Joyva also has a roasted sesame tahini that is more like Chinese sesame paste than regular tahini, but the Chinese paste is still different from that; not sure why. Best to stick with the Chinese sesame paste like this one for a Chinese recipes.

**Q: What is expiration date for current item?**
A: Just opened last jar ordered at least 18 months ago and it clearly states In English best by 11.09.20

**Q: Should I refrigerate it once it is opened?**
A: I would and do as I don't use it all at once. But I don't know if you need to, but makes sense so ingredients stay fresh. Just take it out of the refrigerator an hour or so before you need to use it. Easy!

### ⭐ Product leaked. Lid does not seal proper.

The product may have tasted great, I ignored other reviews about receiving the product damaged (leaking). Mine also arrived leaking so I didn’t try it. I did try to tighten the lid and that’s when I discovered what is likely the problem. As you turn the lid to tighten it using modest pressure it reaches a point where it just pops loose. A lid shouldn’t do that. The manufacturer should double check its current lid supply and coordinate with its supplier if this is the issue.
