**Q: Are they all different sizes?**
A: They are 2 sizes, L and S .

**Q: How many ml can each cup hold?**
A: Not exactly sure, since that would require me to actually measure.  But i could tell it holds a very good amount. I have very heavy periods and i have no issues overnight. Hope that helps

**Q: How firm is this cup? I like a firmer cup or even average firmness,but don't want to spend tons of money.**
A: Their not super hard but not flimsy they work really well

**Q: Is large more firm than the small?**
A: They are equal in firmness, which is actually not that firm. They are very comfortable to wear, unlike a lot of the expensive ones I've bought.
