Biking.Buy the extra Quick loop to speed up your hook ups!The only place this product does not work well are trails that go up and down a lot. If the trail goes up then rolls over and goes down you will sling shot your kid and they have to learn to break as they start to go down the hill and you have to learn to break as you feel your kid reach the top of the hill.
