I use it with my laptop so I can be mobile. I have used it to read the TPMS on my vehicles with no problems. It can read and copy a TPMS, generate a new value if you are programming one of AUTELs TPMS but not other manufactures TPMS. It does all this easily and very well. Overall I'm pleased with my MaxiTPMS Pad. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Product work as described, easy to use *by B***O on Reviewed in the United States on December 20, 2020* Ordered this and the Autel TPMS. Programmer worked well. Wanted to change the bad one first to prove to me that it worked. Problem was that it was difficult to determine which sensor was bad. Not the fault of the equipment, but just an observation. Because the sensor was dead, the programmer picked up the other sensors. Needed to change two out before I got to the one that was bad. On the next car, I figured out to take a reading, then reduce the air pressure and take another reading to see if it corresponded to the reduced air pressure. As I moved around the car, I reduced the pressure to different levels to ensure I knew which tire was which. Then I got a reading that I couldn't ID....it was the spare. This time, I got the bad sensor in one try.
