But, you have to do the 3 time way, where you get a batch of larvae each week, for three consecutive weeks. Otherwise you leave eggs behind that hatch, and you start allover again. I've tried neem oil and other sprays but nothing was able to get rid of them so I decided to give these guys a try. When they arrived I was relieved to find this little guy moving around. I wasn't sure if the rest of the eggs were hatching or if it was even working but I kept checking my roses and there are no aphids in sight. Usually the buds would be covered in aphids. You may not be able to see them in action but they're silently at work.
