As someone who is sensitive to blue light and works with cellphones and other screens for prolonged times, (over 8 hours), these have really reduced my eye fatigue. The only real negative is how they fit. Prolonged wear pinches the area around my ears/temple, and they irritate my ears after prolonged use.
