Review: Firm and durable - This is well made and feels firm — most likely because of the metal-shielding it has between the layers (to protect from RFID).. The pockets are snug — actually very snug, because it's so new (this was my reason for getting a new wallet: my old one had worn out and allowed the cards to slip out, and I didn't want to drop my cards all over the place). There are 9 pockets for cards, which works for me — 3 rows of 3. So a section for 3 credit cards, 3 for medical cards, and 3 for miscellaneous cards. The picture ID card has a finger opening to allow the card to be easily slipped out. And it smells like leather, as promised. It feels like I'll have this for many years.

**Q: What is the actual size of this wallet? Image says 3.5" x 4.35" x 0.75" but description says 4.5" x 2.8" x .6”**
A: I have calipers here and measure the actual dimensions to be 4.5 inches wide by 3.71 inches tall.

I purchased it because in one description it specifically said 4.5" by 2.8".
I need to return it because it's too tall.

In another description on the same page it's Product Dimensions are listed as 4 x 2 x 1

Very difficult to get a straight answer until you purchase it and measure it yourself and determine if you like it or need to return it.

**Q: is the center compartment removable ?**
A: The centre compartment isn't removable. All units are fitted together to make one piece.

I received my wallet today and I was really impressed! Its well made, has lots of room, especially for cards/credit cards and it it rather slim. I have various store frequent shopper cards, insurance cards for three different insurance policies and then two credit cards and in my last wallet I shuffled them around like a deck of cards. Now they all have their own little slot. Like most guys my wallets last for 10 or 15 years and I only buy a new one when the old one is well past its expiration date and I am real sure that this wallet will last at least 15 years!
