## Description

Boil 2 cups of water in under 2-1/2 minutes in strong winds and gusty weather. This superior-quality stove is able to stand up to the harshest mountain conditions for reliable and high-performance service for years to come. The Soto WindMaster stove is designed so the pot sits close to the flame, making it more efficient in windy weather. This results in increased efficiency so boil time is quicker than most other stoves. The concave design of the burner head creates the effect of a built-in windscreen. The 4Flex pot support is very well engineered to provide an incredibly stable base for pots of all sizes whilst being easily removed for pack-ability. An efficient stove for whatever size pot your adventure requires. *NOTE: The WindMaster OD-1RXN which comes with only the 4Flex pot support replaces the previous WindMaster OD-1RXC that came with both the TriFlex and the 4Flex. The stove itself remains exactly the same. WindMaster Stove Specifications: Output: 3260 Watts Duration: Burns approx.1.5 hours with 8 ounce / 250 grams canister Weight: 3.0 ounce (87 grams) with the 4Flex pot support Dimensions: 4Flex only (Stowed)1.9 x 3.0 x 1.7 inches (47 x 77 x 44 millimetres)

Review: Seriously impressive stove - much better than various others I've tried - First Impressions: The SOTO WindMaster 4-Flex Stove comes in compact packaging, yet upon unboxing, its quality is immediately apparent. Small enough to fit in a backpack but robust enough for serious cooking, it strikes the perfect balance. Usage Experience: This stove has genuinely revolutionized our camping cooking experience. Its performance in windy conditions is so exceptional that we've ditched our wind shield. The boiling time for water is halved compared to our previous BRS-3000T model, making it a time-saver. Its ability to handle large saucepans is a godsend for family-sized pasta dishes. Pros: - Outstanding wind resistance - Quick boiling time - Stable for large saucepans, even heat distribution - Versatile fuel compatibility (C100 to C500 canisters) - Piezo ignition for hassle-free usage - Regulated for consistent heat and efficient gas utilization Cons: - None discovered Target Audience: This stove isn't just for casual campers; it's a must-have for anyone who takes their outdoor cooking seriously, from families to solo adventurers. Longevity: The WindMaster 4-Flex's durable construction suggests it will be a mainstay in our camping gear for years to come. In summary, the SOTO WindMaster 4-Flex Stove is nothing short of impressive. It performs flawlessly in various conditions and configurations, making it a staple recommendation for friends.
Review: Serious Stove! - I decided to drop some dollar on a better stove after purchasing a cheap Lixada gas stove which nearly set me and my tent on fire (!). I bought a replacement Lixada and it had the same fault, if you moved the gas canister the flame would shoot up like a flamethrower - lethal! Obviously some gas control issues/dangerous design... I spent quite awhile researching and this stove seemed to crop up on most lists - what caught my eye was the lightweight/compact design and wind resistance (its in the name!) It was between this and the MSR Pocket Rocket Deluxe, however this was cheaper.. 3 things I want to say to anyone who buys this - first do not be tempted as I did to tighten up the rivets on the stove supports. I thought they were quite loose so hammered them closed, only to realise after using the stove that some oxidation etc happens on the these arms and they were basically welded open. I have managed to loosen the rivets just about so I can fold the arms back in, but have also discovered in so doing it is next to impossible to buy the 4 support arms in the UK as a replacement, so look after them and don't do what I did! Secondly the first couple of times I have used it there was a bit of a "burnt plastic" smell which seems to have gone now I assume it is because it is new Lastly I thought I would order the triflex support - probably shouldn't have bothered, it is very small so unless you use a tiny pot I would stick with the 4 arm support. I use a Sea To Summit Sigma pan and Ridgemonkey toaster which are quite wide and fits the 4 arm one better. Aside from that I haven't used it in very cold temps or in a gale so can't comment on how it would perform in those conditions. I would take "wind proof" with a pinch of salt as the whole thing would probably blow over in moderate winds. Need to get some canister legs too! But in all it is solidly made, can go like a jet engine if you turn it up, but most importantly you get good control for lower temperatures, required if you are delicately cooking a cheese toastie and don't want to burn the bread!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What size pot will it fit into with a 110g canister?**
A: Hi I have the Soto four flex......But tend to use the Triflex as its a liter combination and supportive enough for an MSR Skillet However if you must use the four flex I have found it and a 110 canister will nest in the Snow-peak 700 pot

**Q: Anyone know if the screw fitting for this is universal? I have some gas cannisters from a previous stove & wondering if they will fit.**
A: Standard screw-on gas canister. Also known by a C number, e.g. C100, 100g of gas; C250, 250g of gas; C500, 500g of gas. Screw on / screw off, when screwed off the canister is sealed by a Lindal valve. They are also known by that name.

**Q: how do i contact seller direct? mine arrived but it wont work, have followed directions but it isnt releasing the gas for it to light.**
A: It may be the make of gas canister you could try another one that sometimes works, it depends on the Lindal valve on the can some need a longer "needle" to push down the valve

**Q: Does the soto windmaster 4-flex have the microregulator**
A: Yes, the microregulator is the fitting immediately above the red plastic piezo ignitor button. It sits well away from the flame so doesn't get too hot to turn, even after using the stove for a while.
