BONIDE MoleMax® Sonic Stake is a solar-powered mole repellent stake. It mimics the predatory warning sounds of moles, which drives them away from any area you place it. It works day and night.

Review: They work on ground squirrels -- until they stop working. - Installed these using a spike to make a snug fitting hole in the soil; pushed them in up to the molded handle -- follwed instructions carefully. Two days in the sun, then turned them on. The ground squirrels ran around like crazy, way more active than usual, then they started avoiding the area these were installed in. Then they stopped working. Way too soon. Two out of three dead in less than 30 days. I would pay more for a durable version of these. Pure landfill junk.

Easy to install. Solar works great so far. It seems my moles are moving out.
