WOW! I was hooked on the sauce and couldn't stop dipping my bread into it. I asked the waitress what was the spice in there and she told me that it was Old Bay, commonly used there in the South.It was not available in my supermarket, so I ordered it online. Now, I use it frequently at home, on any kind of fish or poultry. All you need is to sprinkle it on, add S & P, a little lemon, and you are done preparing. Tastes great whether you steam cook, bake, or grill. Now it's a staple in my spice cabinet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Old Bay is better in the shaker bottle! *by A***E on September 7, 2021* I use Old Bay a lot, but I just don't like the square tin container, because after a while the lid never closed properly and was starting to pop off, leaving the spice exposed to air and who knows what else. I much prefer this shaker jar style container that is more or less the same size as my other McCormick spices. These jars fit nicely in my spice rack.
