A: If there is a bar in the middle of the two seats in the back than yes but the Velcro straps might not be long enough to from end to end if not.

A: There are many baby joggers.  If the 4w baby jogger has an open hole where the assessories attach with a peg system; this tray will not fit.

This is a perfect fit in our City Mini GT2 stroller. It is really nice to have the crossbar to attach teething items and eventually use as an actual bar for our kiddo to hold on to. Certainly would be nice if the stroller came with this bar in the first place but that's just Baby Jogger trying to squeeze more money out of you.
