Yes, it was indeed a challenge to get it on the wheel, but with a little patience and proper planning, the installation itself only took me 5 minutes.Some tips I found useful when mounting on my Xiaomi M365 PRO:* Check the web for installation articles/videos for reference* Check the tire so you know which way to put it on so it spins in the correct direction* Boil the tire in a large pan for 10 minutes to soften the rubber slightly* Keep your tools close at hand so that you can work efficiently while the rubber is still soft/hot* Apply a little rubber grease (or similar) around the tire and wheel edges to aid the installation* Use work gloves when working with the tire - you need to apply a fair bit of pressure* Install the tire on the wheel so that the wired connection is on top - Feed the wheel through the tire first* I used a pair of old sports shoes beneath the wheel to keep it in place and avoid scratching* I only needed the supplied tool to get the tire on the wheel.
