She hasn't written a book yet that I didn't like. Initially it is a quick read but it's a book you can refer back to often. She puts everything in layman's terms and she writes just like a friend sitting at brunch and actually spilling some great tea- except the tea is not gossip, the tea is useful and improves my well-being. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for BPD

My relationships have been on the rocks, especially given that I do struggle with BPD, and I can't stand sitting at a therapists office because I don't feel heard. This book was perfectly on my level, easy to understand, and gave so many examples of real-life applications that I really can't wait to apply the new knowledge. 10/10 recommend
