The media could not be loaded.  I've suffered in many a heatwave and this might just be the answer! Small enough to fit in a tent if need be, and powerful enough to keep you cool in almost any conditions. As an added bonus, you can put mozzie repellant in the foam pad at the back to keep the little blighters away - or use perfume or 'essential' oils if you are into that sort of thing.I intend to use it in my motorhome as we often go far enough south to need extra cooling.Pros: Controllable breeze can be directed where needed. Runs off USB port which is on most modern cars or can be run off a battery bank. Internal rechargable batteries included. Foam pads are provided which fit snugly in the back of the fan to take smellies if you are into that. There is also a light in it so you could use it as a nightlight. Can be hung up on it's integral hook, screwed to a wall or just stand where ever. Fairly stable due to the batteries in the base.Cons: Can't think of many ... it's something extra to packI like it and will certainly be using it this summer.

I bought this to replace a USB (no battery) fan I have on my desk in work because it's noisy and the weather is starting to get warm now.This fan is head and shoulders above my old one in every way.It has three speeds. The lowest of which is really quiet, the next 2 settings result in a little whining noise but nothing compared to my old fan. Still very quiet.The fan has a space in the rear for a sponge (2 provided) on which you can place aromatherapy oils. I've not done this yet but what a great idea.The fan also has 2 light settings on it. The light isn't very powerful but provides a nice ambient light.The light and the fan can be used independently from each other.The battery (provided) lasts an extrenmely long time too and will help to keep you cool for hours.Paired with my powered USB hub I'll be nice and cool this summer.

Small little fan, comes with rechargeable batteries and the charging cable. the pan and tilt is generous meaning when hanging inside a tent you should be able to comfortably move it the direction you need it. built in fold away hook allowing you to both hang the fan or place it on a table. it pushes a fair amount of air with 3 setting from slow to fast and also has 3 light levels going from bright to low. i would prefer the light levels going in the opposite direction which would mean at night if i wanted to get out of bed with low light i don't have to rapidly flash though the other setting blinding me before i get out of bed but this is a minor thing and something i am able to deal with.As a camping fan i think it's well worth the money. it blows a fare amount of air and the incorporated light is an added bonus. the ability to choose weather to hang it or use it in a more conventional manor is a good touch especially with the incorporated hook meaning a carabiner or s hook does not have to be sourced prior to use.

I have had this product for a while now and it isn't fit for purpose.At first I purchased it for a camping trip, and after charging it for a whole night, I was surprised to see that it didn't seem to work for very long, so I thought I had made a mistake with charging somehow.I have since put it in the shed for my animals to keep them cool in the hot summer days and it has never worked as one would expect. It switches itself off within about 30 seconds of use, so it is useless for any purpose and as a matter of fact it just sits on the shed now with no purpose.I wouldn't recommend this item. Not good value for money.

Bought this product on the basis the description states in multiple places you can use AA batteries - this is a lie. The battery housing is large enough for the two rechargeable batteries it comes with, but these are far bigger than AA batteries which do not fit. The Q&A section states the batteries will last 6-12 hours... So this 'camping fan' is only good for half a day?! How am I supposed to recharge the batteries in the middle of nowhere when they run out half a day a day into the trip? Useless and false advertising.If this is not of concern to you / using as a desk fan then would probably be fine although doesn't feel particularly powerful at a distance of more than 30cm.I believe many of these 5* reviews are fake.

I use this fan everywhere! Its quiet, light and has 3 settings on both fan and lighting. The hook and easy swivel of the fan allow it to be used on trains, cars, office and theatre!

It's great, it does the job. I'd advise bringing a powerbank if using for more than one day if on both fan and light.It isn't silent so 4 stars for noise level but I managed to fall sleep with it on so 5*overall. Treat it like white noise, its no different than blocking out the sound of a ticking clock etc I aimed it at the tent door to blow away the midges with some olbas oil on sponge at back.

My partner and myself ordered a fan each specifically for a festival as I knew it was going to be very hot, it arrived quickly and thought we were going to be really happy with the product. However after using it for one night, it kept on switching off after a few seconds. The exact same thing happened to my partner with his fan, we were both extremely disappointed and therefore left in the scorching heat.
