Thanks for the question. **Q: What is the maximum oven temperature they are rated for?** A: I've never seen a specific rating for them but since most of the cakes/brownies, etc. that you bake don't need to be higher than 350 degrees, you're fine. I have used other Wilton pans to cook regular food on and my temp has been as high as 400 degrees. The highest most ovens go to is 500 which I know for sure that silicone pans can handle. I'm using them more for a mold for a Rice Krispy treat tiered cake and the sample cake I made from these turned out very well. The 16" pan was slightly bent on very bottom along one side but not enough to make a difference in the way the treats turned out.
