**Q: why is the price on this item so high?  local wholsale price tor 2 jars is $10.00 no way will i buy this at that pricing .**
A: I have bought the two-pack repeatedly but luckily realized that the picture shows 2 but the price is for only one 48 ounce jar.  I canceled my order immediately as this is obviously a hoarder who is ripping us off. Usual price was about $12 for (2) 48 oz jars but now $20 for ONE. Buyer bewared

We had always used Jif until their recall. When I was unable to get Jif, my daughter told me she had tried Skippy and liked it better. She was right.....it is creamier and has a better flavor. We have made the switch for good.
