I bought this specifically to make spreadable treenut cheeses since they are so expensive in the store for tiny plastic packs of them. This little machine worked great! Very powerful and even though the manual didn’t have direction for nuts, you kind of just figure it out and keep scraping the sides as you check it. The photo is of seasoned cashew spread.
