I do like that these arrived with both packs containing plenty of heat shrink tubing, pre-cut to length, in two different sizes to permit a nice professional insulated assembly after soldering. I used the smaller size to insulate the solder points and the larger size to add extra support to the cable relief end when using very thin cable. I did have a very minor issue with some of the plugs, which did not affect their use in any way; but I let the supplier know and they responded IMMEDIATELY and issued a full refund! I tried to decline the refund as the product was a great price, but they insisted and stated that their customer satisfaction was most important to them.
