## Questions & Answers

**Q: how did this brush come packaged?**
A: I received my brush today and it came loose in a bubble mailer that wasn't big enough for the brush.  The hand had poked out of the top of package.  There wasn't even a plastic cover over the bristles.

**Q: Did this come packed in a transparent plastic bag / cardboard box or was it shipped loose ?**
A: I've purchased two in different sizes.  One came in a plastic bag.  The other came naked.  :-/

**Q: Are the bristles heat resistant?**
A: No, not heat resistant. Used my Matfer brush to apply thin coat of oil to a heated pan. Thought it was ok since brush has ‘natural’ bristles, but unfortunately, the tips of the bristles melted slightly and now have a ‘fuzzy,’ matted appearance. Very disappointing.

**Q: What are the bristles made of? if they are natural (boar or horse) have they been bleached? (other ads say their "natural bristles" are bleached etc)**
A: They are natural. I don't think boar because they aren't very coarse. These are wonderful brushes!
