It fit, it looked good and most importantly it worked. This item had a thin clear mylar film surrounding the three connectors grouped together. My original screen did not have this and I had some difficulty trying to plug in the three connectors. Ended up removing the mylar film and after that, it all went together perfectly. Be careful not to lose any screws when taking phone apart or putting back together as they are easy to lose and difficult to find replacements. When removing the three screws that secure the display, pay attention to which holes they come out of. All three of them are unique and must go back into the same hole. FYI, you ill need a T1 and a T3 torx bit driver. The T1 is not included in most phone repair kits. I ordered this item from Amazon that had all the drivers needed... B005EVV8LK***Update 1-23-2014*** This item came from the seller KAPPUCCINO. The first unit was fine and I ordered a second screen from them for another cracked unit at my office and they shipped the wrong screen. Written across the bubble wrap was the word "damaged +". I applied for a refund and ordered another unit from NY best gadgets.*** Update 02-04-2014*** Amazon refunded my money and the new unit ordered from NY Best Gadgets arrived and worked perfectly. I think there is another review that stated the wrong item was shipped. Also seems like everytime I view the item it is being sold by a different vendor. My advice is to only purchase it if fulfilled by Amazon. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looking good! *by K***R on March 13, 2014* I broke the screen on my Z10 after a mishap I had walking down a concrete ramp. I hit a wet patch that turned out to be incredibly slippery, leaving my Z10 the duty of breaking my fall and protecting my wrist. You can imagine how the screen looked.I was worried the phone might have sustained more damage than just the screen, but after I swapped the screen over (which is very easy, if you have ever taken a cell phone apart, it's up there on the easy scale) it worked like a charm. I'm writing this review on it currently, and it feels great! Can't tell the difference from the old screen! Well, maybe a little less shatteredness..Just make sure you have a T1 torx screw driver to get the screen off the frame. These things are hard to find. I could not find any locally and I live near a relativity large city. If you don't have one, order one here or maybe ifixit or something.. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Its ok, but please put that is the 4G version housing *by H***M on January 10, 2014* This is the entire housing for the blackberry z10 4G. My phone is the 3G version, so I just installed the screen on my phone. I was looking only for the display and this page dont especificate. If you are planning to order the entire housing I would recommend you to do that, is more easy because you dont need to uninstall and then install the screen to your housing... just be secure that the housing is the correct version (3G or 4G). Go and visit TVC-Mall.com you can find all the individual pieces or the entire housing that includes everything. PS.The earphone jack flex V4G doesnt work for the 3G housing.
