A: I measured exactly 9.7 amps at 12.4V.  Mine are not 310W to say the least.   Which is why the wire gauge not what you would expect.

A: it's bright, I put it in a headache rack where only a single row would work,  works great for loading trailers .  not sure what other vehicles it would fit
