Bought this for my husbands arthritic low back. He says it helps and he has not complained of low back pain since using only 3 times. I used it after shoveling snow and it helped relieve the tension and tightness in my low back. **Q: Can you use it sitting down?** A: I do not see where it is recommended for that. We have only tried it lying down on the floor or on the couch. I bought this for my husband and it helped his back. I can't say it cured his low back pain but it helped and he has been good for quite awhile and has not need to use it for some time. This helps everything to relax so I can function during the day and get better sleep at night. ### ⭐ received a used one instead of new *by A***R on October 23, 2023* ordered neck traction with heat therapy $159, and received a used one, no original package, just packed in a cardboard box, the item with scratches and the leaflet was crumpled. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth it *by O***I on February 24, 2019* After trying to figure out the most comfortable position on my neck for me, it was a little difficult to relax and let the machine move my neck around as it needed. I think that's more user error than it is machine error. After using it for 15 minutes, I had a larger movement range in my neck than I did before and the sudden lack of tension caused a small long lasting headache. I think if I started slower on the device, the headache would be avoided.
