If you are looking to avoid buying more cell phone service than you need, this product is a nice try. The sim card is easy to install and it comes pre-loaded card. You won't have to pay for the first month's service. Make sure you type in correctly the APN settings so you can use the data feature. This is a test for me...but so far, it works.

Unable to activate at the website, but I used desktop browser and also smartphone browser. It sounds like a good service, but if you pay for it and it does not work, then you then forget about it.Be Sure to try and activate within the Amazon Return period. I did not as I naively placed trust in this product.Lesson learned and shared. I Be safe.

I bought the card for a 1 week trip to the US. Activating it was easy enough with an internet connection at a library. Voice calls worked within 1 hour but the data plan never worked. Other draw back is that they will keep on charging you after the first month is over unless you call them beforehand to cancel.

This product is great value wise not only do you get cheaper rates than other competing networks but in addition the service is reliable and as fast as the major telcos. For 9 dollars compare to what i used to pay 20 dollars it is mind boggling how much we get ripped off by the major telcos.If you looking for a cheap alternative then i highly recommend this.

To activate these prepaid SIM cards you have to register a valid credit card with Speedtalk..you can't activate it without doing it. The whole purpose of using precards is not to have any financial obligation. They ask you for a credit card because in case you go over you prepaid minutes or data...they will automatically debit the overages on the credit card. And it will also automatically renew service and charge the credit card after the plan expires unless you call and cancel. If you're not careful, its easy to rack up huge charges of overages on your credit card.

Got this for when my parents visit from outside of the US. Initial web set up on Speedtalk Mobile's website did not work (minus 1 star), but an email to customer service took care of this issue. I was expecting a poor customer service experience, but it was surprisingly easy and quick to fix. I'm in the DC metro area so cell and data service was good as expected via TMobile towers.I was getting AT&T prepaid SIM cards for whenever they visited but this prepaid sim is much more economical. Saved over half and it's very convenient to get this delivered as opposed to going to the ATT store. I will definitely go this route in the future as well.

I live in an area with weak network coverage but the service is working well . Works on 2g,3g and LTE . great value
