This ink, along with the sublimation printer from the same brand, is amazing! The colours are so vibrant and the bottles have so much ink in them, it lasts ages. I have got orders coming out of my ears for mugs, coasters, placemats, keyrings etc and I’ve only needed to do a top-up once, and there’s still plenty left in the bottles! We didn’t need an ICC profile because we’re happy enough with the colours it’s producing, but I’m unsure if anyone else will need it. I’m printing mine through Cricut Design Space, and Photoshop when Design Space has a paddy that I’m printing something too big! Lol. The customer service is top notch! My printer wasn’t printing black and these guys helped me diagnose the problem and find a solution to it. My printer has laid dormant for at least 12 months while I got rid of my cancer. The ink was blocked in the print head. These guys had cleaning solution that literally worked a treat. The ink I know is amazing because I’ve used it before. I swear I will not go anywhere because I have everything I need from these guys to run a successful business.
