My physical therapist swears by these for my sciatic pain! I can definitely see it improve my lower sciatic pain and use these for driving, especially on longer trips. Love the carrying case. Works for me!

As a physical therapist and a firm believer in the need for lumbar support while sitting, I can honestly say this is a great product and worthwhile investment. I previously used the McKenzie lumbar roll, and while that product was awesome, this one is even better. The pillow has more "bounce-back" to it and has not lost its form despite regular and frequent use. It is comfortable, supportive, and effective. Highly recommend! Everyone needs one of these in their car or at their desk!
