Non functional/Poor design! *by T***J on July 12, 2021* Great concept, poor design. ☹️I'm sending it back....Don't waste your $$. This will not hold your phone unless it's very thin & doesn't have a protective case. I've taken pics of the head/ph holder part at all angles to show the good & bad. The red part is the charge cord keeper, which works fine.The grey rubber buttons is where the problem lies.Pros: You can turn them for a wide or narrow position.Cons: They're only about a inch long total. They set on top the nuts going through the frame. Once you insert your phone they flex & pop completely off, causing your phone to fall out. See pic #6 & #7.If the bolts had a flat or domed end (like a carriage bolt), were flipped around (flat end on top of rubber piece) with the bolt going completely through the rubber grips & had the nuts to hold them placed on the back of the head frame it'd probably work. This would provide strength & they'd stay in place. It could also be designed with the bolt molded inside the rubber holders, then counter sink the nuts they screw into in the back of the frame. It could be designed one of these ways, & still have the ability to turn for adjustable positioning.The length of the bolts/rubber bumpers also need to be at least a ¼ inch longer to hold the majority of phones or tablets with a protective case.
