I then tested the fitted sheet on my bed to make sure it fit well, only to find that there were stains on it, and the fabric frayed already. I inspected the top sheet and found several more areas that were frayed.I’m so very disappointed, because I had wanted to try these sheets out and finally had the disposable income to work with. My opinion. That’s one of the only reason I opted for them. Sheets are a very stretchy material and after washing I find they are harder to put on than normal sheets. When sleeping the comforter slides from one side of the bed or the other because the sheets are so slick. I often wake up in the middle of the night because it feels like something Is pulling me off the side of bed. It’s actually the weight of the comforter sliding off that is the cause. Not only are they cool and comfortable, the fitted sheet fits the matress perfectly so that they don’t bunch up or slide around, that’s because they’re put together differently than normal cheapo cotton sheets. Don’t obsess over thread count and not get these, thread count is a completely meaningless marketing term... you can get 1200 tc sheets at Walmart for $25 that feel like cardboard. These are the only sheets I’ll ever use from now on, they’re pretty much perfect. I have no idea if the copper-thing is legit, I haven’t noticed any differences in my health or anything like that.
