I finally got a chance to use these cupcake liners yesterday, and I am so pleased with them.I followed the directions I received when I bought them: washing them with mild soap in warm water before use and spraying them with cooking spray before the first use (and second and third, although I haven't gotten there yet!). I poured the goopiest, gloppiest, stickiest muffin batter into these yesterday, and was crossing my fingers that they would perform as advertised - and they did! The muffins turned out quite well, and it was so easy to peel the liners away from the muffins after they had cooled. Today, after removing a couple of the muffins, the liners have just a smidge of muffin sticking to them and are slick from the cooking spray, but it's very easy to rinse them off.I also enjoyed eating straight from the liners. It's so easy to pull the liner back or bend it a bit and turn it sideways, making it a bit like a burger wrapper in that it covers one half of the muffin, split vertically. It's a built-in handhold, so no napkins or plates are necessary.My one tiny concern is that I think the muffins may have baked a tad slower than usual, but I can't really say with confidence that this is so after only one experience baking with them; just keep it in mind that you may want to add a minute or two to the baking time unless you like slightly undercooked baked goods (guilty as charged!).Overall, I love these liners and I'm so glad I ordered two sets at once. If I did more high-volume baking, I would order a couple more sets, but I think two dozen will probably cut it for a casual baker like me. Order them, you won't be disappointed! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Greatest thing since the invention of muffins *by K***L on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 5, 2016* I absolutely love these liners. I do a lot of GF/Paleo/low carb baking, and regular cupcake liners always stuck to the baked goods so badly that half of whatever was baked was wasted. Baking without a liner, it didn't matter how well I thought I greased my tins, they never released well. Fiddling around with trying to line everything with parchment paper just isn't practical, especially a shape like this. I actually purchased these back in March of 2015, so I am basing my review on having used these for a little more than a year now. I really can't understand most of the complaints from the few low-star ratings of these liners. I have only had evenly baked items and I have absolutely no problem with washing these. It is a great savings that they are reusable, and everything just pops right out of them. I do not grease them and I have had nothing stick in them so far. There is very little crumb that adheres to these and they are not a chore to clean. I have experienced no melting and no staining of foods or pans, just perfect cupcakes and muffins that actually pop out in one whole piece. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No more paper liners for me! *by J***M on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 23, 2015* Love these pretty little liners. I've used the paper ones for decades, and decided to try these after the last batch stuff to my muffins so badly. These are great. The muffins easily slipped out while still warm, and then I cooled them on a rack. The liners are easy clean even though they have all those "crinkles", because you can easily turn it inside out. I plan to get another set for when I want to bake a big batch. And the muffins were extremely moist, yet firmed up after cooled. Oh, and the sellers generously sent a free pdf of cupcake recipes, including gluten free, which is what I needed.
