If you have one that is no longer working, you can send it in for repair.

**Q: Does the CI 4065 pro delivered have an orange back or black back?**
A: the calculator it's self has a black back, i got mine with the armadillo gear cover and the main body including the back is orange but the flip cover face is a dark graykevin
