Clips securely to waist band, smaller than you might think so it's easily concealable (See the not very good pic for size relative to a Shield). Bought this for my S&W Shield 9 mags. They're a little odd, something between a single stack and a true double stack, but they fit fine in this. A little snug initially, but the pouches seem to mold to fit over a few days.
