My physical therapist had been using kinesiology tape on my for awhile and I was amazed at the difference it makes. When i looked up the brand she used it was almost $30 and i just couldn't justify spending that much and started looking for a more affordable option with more than 4 stars and this came up. OMG am i glad i bought Poshei! The price is amazing but it works just as well as the expensive tape! The only issue I've had is where I had to cut one of the strips in half and didn't round it very well so it's not sticking perfectly, but I have had that same problem with other brands so it's a user error, not a problem with the tape. I will be buying more if this every month and can't recommend it enough!

You’re better off buying from a different band. Application is easy but removal is messy. It leaves residue from the adhesive on your skin. Also the tape has “loose threads” I don’t have a pic but when the tape was on my fingers it started to get loose around the edges and I had a bunch of loose threads hanging off until I cut them. Also makes my skin itchy after removal.

This was my first time using kinesiology tape looking for something to help with my tendentious in my shoulder. I wasn’t a believer at first but let me tell you this tape works wonders....WONDERS!! It acts as a second layer of skin but keeps tension where its needed. The adhesive blew my mind because I was able to shower with out it peeling off. Even at day 3 of wear and sitting in a hot tube for 30 mins it was still adhered and doing its job!!

I have lower back and leg pain. Even though my leg hurts when I run, I push myself to run for the exercise. I put this tape on after seeing soccer players wearing it during matches. My lower back feels great, the rear thigh feels great. I did not tape up my calf which was hurting at first. I taped it up today and it feels so much better.It's either the placebo effect or it really does work.

I found the pre-cut lengths to be too short for many applications. Tackiness was good. Tape stayed on for days on my IT band under underwear and pants. Didn't roll/ball up either. Wish it either wasn't pre-cut or the lengths were longer.

This tape is really great. I have tendonitis/inflammation of the rotator cuff. I have been to the chiropractor three times this past week. I decide to purchase this tape so my husband and I can tape my shoulder at home. The tape adhesive well, is breathable and feels great on my shoulder. My husband is a personal trainer and is in favor of this tape as well.

I was afraid this one was not going to be that adhesive and it actually was! The only downside is once you put it on make sure you get the right spot bc once you take it off to adjust it quickly after that when it gets wet it’ll kind of be coming off (probably bc some of the stickiness wearing off). But if you get it right and don’t rly mess with it, it actually gets the job done and is water resistant! I used it for my wrist and knee. It worked well! I definitely recommend.

Icy hot works much better than this. I felt no pain relief. I will use what I know works for me.
