Microphone is removable for use as a pair of headphones. I prefer wired headphones as opposed to wireless where the effects may be potentially harmful. The earpieces fit over the ear beautifully. The headband part can be a little tough for the first few wears but softens really quickly. I can easily wear them all day with absolutely no issues.The sound quality is certainly more than good enough for music. Directional audio is functional for use in gaming. And the microphone is also clear with an inbuilt mute function.They don't necessarily last forever (a couple of years max for me but I do abuse them a bit!) and I've had issues with the casing cracking (successful tape repairs have occurred) and, ultimately, problems with sound. Light in weight but sturdy in build, it never seemed to be inconvenient for long sessions of gaming.This model has a black colour scheme with red trims, and it will also suit any gaming setup. The ear pads are covered in synthetic leather, which enables comfortable seating to the ears and is apt for extended periods without pressing on the ears.
