**Q: Are your boards pre-finished?**
A: Yes, all our boards are pre-finished with a mix of mineral oil and beeswax. Our Boards are ready to use. Before using for the first time, wash with warm soapy water, and rinse dry with a kitchen towel.

**Q: How do I keep my board odor and stain-free?**
A: A teak cutting board rarely absorbs odors or stains, yet, they can happen! Rub a lemon on the board and sprinkle with salt or baking soda. Then, wash, rinse, and dry.

Wood splintered on the entire the surface on both sides after first initial washed with mild soap and water (I have not even got the chance to use it). Contacted customer support and was tole to initiate for a replacement. I am going to get a refund instead. Lesson learnt: getting popular product and based on reviews will not guarantee it’s quality.
