While my Hawg has good insulation it won't keep my water as cold as I want for as long as I need it to be. I sometimes leave my Camelbak in a vehicle all day because of work and I'm in So Cal, so it can get hot all day. After getting this insulator I used it not too long ago. I filled up my Hawg bladder with 2 trays of ice and water, put it in the insulator and then put that into my Camelbak, had it with me all day and the water stayed COLD. The only things I would change are the velcro on the back which I wish was on the top. And I wish the top corners were a little rounded instead of straight so it would be easier to zip up the Camelbak. But neither of these issues make it a bad product and I would definitely recommend this .
