Ayesha Curry Ceramics EVOO Olive Oil Bottle with Cork Lid, 10 Ounce, French Vanilla

I purchased this simple, 10-oz ceramic dispenser for my Kouzini Greek EVOO that comes in large tins. Compared to glass dispensers with skinny necks, the wide mouth makes it easy to wash and it air dries quickly. It pours cleanly with no running down the side. It's short enough to fit neatly on the cabinet shelf. It basically just works!The cork smelled a little strong when I first unwrapped it. I let it air out for a few days and the odor went away. Some kind of beautiful, artistic glaze to make it look more interesting would have been wonderful, but then it would have cost much more and this plain off-white goes with everything. This would make a nice gift.

I purchased two of these to hold cooking oil in a more elegant way where I won't feel bad about displaying on the counter (one holds olive oil, the other for grapes oil). They are elegant, compact enough but still store a fair amount and they are easy to clean. That's an important criteria for me.

First one I ordered, it took me a couple months before unpacking it as we had moved and I had it delivered at new address. Buy the time I unpacked it and finally got to put my oil in it, a few day later, I noticed there was oil all over my tray I keep it and other things on. It had a hair line crack in the bottom. Had to order a new on, but I don’t think they would have let me return this one as it had been to long having it to say it was cracked when I received it.So when purchasing these kinds of things, make sure to check right away for hair line cracks. I looked at it, but didn’t see anything until the oil was all over everything in the tray. Thank God I had a tray instead of it sitting on the counter to stove. Otherwise, absolutely gorgeous product. The new one is wonderful and I love it. I would recommend this to anyone.
